HPE Public Health Holiday Office Closures

 

Hastings and Prince Edward Counties/December 20, 2017 – Please be advised that the schedule for some Hastings Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH) programs and services will be modified over the next couple of weeks due to the holiday season.

Belleville Main Office & Prince Edward County Branch Office -

  • HPEPH's main office in Belleville and the Picton branch office will be closed starting at noon Friday, December 22nd and re-opening on Wednesday, December 27th, 2017
  • These two locations will be open with reduced services on:
    • Wednesday, December 27th (8:30-4:30)
    • Thursday December 28th (8:30-4:30)
    • Friday, December 29th (8:30-noon)
  • Belleville and Picton will be closed starting at noon Friday, December 29th, 2017, re-opening on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018
  • All regular programs and services will resume on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018

Quinte West (Trenton) & North Hastings (Bancroft) Branch Offices -

  • HPEPH branch offices in Trenton and Bancroft will be closed starting at noon Friday, December 22nd, 2017, re-opening on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018

Please note: calls/enquiries to these locations during the above closure dates will be attended to by our Belleville main office reception team

  • All regular programs and services will resume on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018

On the days when all offices are closed, no HPEPH programs, services, drop-ins, or information lines will be open.

To report an outbreak, a reportable disease, and/or a public health emergency outside regular hours, please contact our after-hours on-call system at 613-966-5500/1-800-267-2803 and choose option "0".
