We provide food handler training for food industry workers. In-person courses are held at our offices in Bancroft, Belleville, Picton, and Trenton.

Our in-person courses are available on a first come, first serve basis with pre-registration and payment reserving a spot. Due to limited class size and availability, we do not offer refunds/rescheduling to absent registrants.
An online course is also offered through the “In Good Hands” program. You can register here. After completing 15 modules on safe food handling and sanitation, participants must contact us to arrange to write a final exam ($10 fee applies with proof of course completion).
All certifications expire after five years from issue. Contact us to register to write a re-certification exam ($15 fee applies with proof of prior certification). Please note that re-certification is not available for the "In Good Hands" online course.
"In Good Hands" final exams and re-certification exams are held at our Belleville office on the third Tuesday morning of each month. Participants must register in advance and arrive between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
