This class provides instruction on the safe preparation, cooking and storage of food in home and commercial kitchens. Upon successful completion of the exam, a Food Handler Training certificate is earned, which remains valid for 5 years. Be sure you can attend before you register, as there are NO REFUNDS.

This catch-up clinic is for HPE students in grades 9-12 who have not yet received and/or completed their grade 7 vaccinations.
