HPEPH Strategic Plan 2019-2023

Healthy Communities, Healthy People - HPEPH Strategic Plan 2019 - 2023

Healthy Communities, Healthy People.

In consultation with our community stakeholders and staff, the Board of Health has developed a Strategic Plan that will guide our operations for the next five years. With a vision of healthy communities, healthy people, this Plan will help us achieve our mission of working with our communities to help people become as healthy as they can be.

The HPEPH Board of Health guided and directed the development of this Plan. Comprehensive engagement also took place to help inform the Plan, including many stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and planning sessions. We are grateful to everyone who took the time to provide such valuable feedback throughout the engagement process.

For a complete overview of our Mission, Vision and Values, and the five priority areas we will be focusing on for the next five years, we encourage you to have a look at the online version of our 2019 – 2023 Strategic Plan.

We look forward to working with community partners to implement this Plan, and the impact it will have in our organization and our community.
