Our Strategic Plan

In consultation with our community stakeholders and staff, the Board of Health has developed a Strategic Plan to guide our operations. With a vision of Healthy Communities, Healthy People, this Plan will help us achieve our mission of working with our communities to help people become as healthy as they can be.

For a complete overview of our Mission, Vision and Values, and the priority areas on which we will be focusing, we encourage you to review the online version of our 2022-2023 Strategic Plan.

We look forward to working with community partners to implement this Plan, and the positive impact it will have on our organization and our community.
