All vendors providing a personal service at a special event must comply with Ontario Regulation 136/18: Personal Service Settings under the Health Protection and Promotion Act. Vendors are encouraged to review HPEPH’s Special Event Guidelines prior to submitting the application.
Organizers and vendors are encouraged to contact HPEPH by dialing 613-966-5500 ext. 349 to consult with a Public Health Inspector prior to the event if they have any questions about infection prevention and control practice requirements.
