Service Disruption Notice: Services at HPEPH Belleville office to be reduced on Oct. 7 due to municipal water maintenance

Hastings and Prince Edward Counties/Sept. 30, 2024

The Hastings Prince Edward Public Health office at 179 North Park St. in Belleville will be operating with reduced services on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, due to scheduled municipal water maintenance.

Clinical appointments and drop-in services scheduled for Monday, Oct. 7 are cancelled. This includes drop-in Quick Test Clinics (testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea), dental clinics, and breastfeeding consults.  Anyone who has a clinical appointment booked for Oct. 7 will be contacted to have their appointment rescheduled.

While the office will remain open to the public for general inquiries on Oct. 7, residents are encouraged to call 613-966-5500 prior to visiting. Portable washrooms with washing facilities will be available to visitors.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change in services and appreciate your patience.

Normal services will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024.

COVID-19 vaccination

COVID-19 vaccination is not available through HPEPH at the current time. Please do not contact us to inquire about vaccine availability. Some high-risk individuals may be eligible for the vaccine through your health care provider or at participating pharmacies, beginning September 30.
